企研·社科大数据平台是企研数据为学术科研人员精心打造的全新学术数据下载平台，平台目前包含CCAD（浙大卡特-企研中国涉农研究数据库）、TFID（浙商大泰隆-企研中国普惠金融数据库）、CPPGD（中国公共政策与绿色发展数据库）、前沿产业（5G、电子商务、工业互联网、人工智能、区块链、大健康、综合交通、新一代信息技术、新材料、节能环保、新能源、半导体、新零售、在线教育、冰雪产业、体育产业、海洋产业）、热点区域（长三角、珠三角、京津冀）、更多数据（交通运输、人文教育、商业贸易、投资活动、一带一路、行政管理、宏观经济）、上市公司专题数据库、新三板专题数据库、中国海洋经济专题数据库、数字经济产业专题数据库等众多数据资源。
平台使用流程：
1.进入企研·社科大数据平台网站（https://r.qiyandata.com）。
2.点击网站右上角，选择“机构用户（IP）登录”。
3.在导航栏选择需要的专题数据库→数据表→筛选字段等信息→预览数据或下载。

用户须知：
1.为保证使用体验，推荐使用Google Chrome浏览器。
2.企研·社科大数据平台只限在学校内网IP范围内使用，请广大师生合理使用数据库资源。
3.禁止使用网络爬虫批量下载数据
4.未经授权，不得传播数据
5.以下情况会限制使用
（1）频率过高，将可能被机器判定为非人为操作，并启动限制措施；
（2）单个科研机构若下载总量过大，即24小时内累计下载次数超过限定次数，会被暂时封禁机构IP。
6.若在学术论文、研究报告等学术成果中使用了来自企研·社科大数据平台的数据，请在成果中引用“数据来源：企研·社科大数据平台”，或以英文引用“Data source:Qiyan China Big Data Platform for Social-Science(CBDPS)”。

Qiyan China Big Data Platform for Social-Science(CBDPS) is a brand-new academic data platform elaborately built by Qiyan Data for academic researchers. The platform currently offers access to databases includingCCAD (China Academy for Rural Development-Qiyan China Agri-research Database), TFID (Tailong Finance School-Qiyan China Financial Inclusion Database), CPPGD (China Public Policy and Green Development Database), Frontier Industry (5G, E-commerce, Industrial Internet, Artificial Intelligence, Block Chain, Big Health, Integrated Transportation, New Generation Information Technology, New Materials, Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection, New Energy, Semiconductor, New Retailing, Online Education, Ice and Snow Industry, Sports Industry), Hot Region (Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei),Listed Company Thematic Database, New Third Board Thematic Database ,China's Marine Economy, Digital Economy Industry and more (transportation, humanities education, business and trade, investment activities, The Belt and Road Initiative, administration, macro-economy).
Guide to download data:
1. Visit the website of Qiyan China Big Data Platform for Social-Science(CBDPS) (https://r.qiyandata.com).
2. Click on the icon on the upper right corner and select "Institutional User (IP) Login".
3. In the navigation bar, select the required thematic database→data table→filter field and other information→preview data or download.

User Notice:
1. To ensurea good experience, we recommend you use Google Chrome to visit our platform.
2. Qiyan China Big Data Platform for Social-Science(CBDPS) can only be logged in to within the IP range of the school intranet. Teachers and students areexpected to use the database resources reasonably.
3. It is forbidden to use web crawlers to download data in bulk.
4. Nounauthorized dissemination of data.
5. Access shall be restricted under the following circumstances
(1) If the frequency of access or downloading is too high, it may be judged as non-human operation by the system and then activates restriction measures;
(2) If the total number of downloads of a single scientific research institution is too large, that is, the cumulative number of downloads within 24 hours exceeds the limit, the IP of the institution shall be temporarily banned.
6. If data fromQiyan China Big Data Platform for Social-Science(CBDPS) is used inacademic achievements including papers and research reports, it is expected thatour platform is cited in Chinese “数据来源：企研·社科大数据平台”, or in English “Data source: Qiyan China Big Data Platform for Social-Science(CBDPS)”.
